Do you guarantee successful process service?
No. Successful service depends on whether the subject can reasonably be located and served. By Mike LLC provides professional attempts according to the service ordered.
How many attempts come with routine service?
Routine service includes up to three standard attempts plus up to two additional attempts when reasonably appropriate.
Is proof of service included?
When applicable, an affidavit or proof of service is prepared following successful service.
What if my assignment is urgent?
Choose Rush Service ($150) or Same-Day Priority Service ($500) depending on the urgency of the assignment. Rush receives scheduling priority; Same-Day receives immediate priority with mileage waived.
Can you help locate someone?
Yes. Basic ($40) and Comprehensive ($50) Skip Trace services are available for lawful purposes.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. By Mike LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Clients requiring legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.
Can you retrieve courthouse documents?
Yes, document retrieval may be available. Submit the request form for a custom quote.
What is the $45 consultation and is it credited?
The consultation provides dedicated time to discuss your requested service and determine whether By Mike LLC can assist. When By Mike LLC accepts a qualifying paid assignment following the consultation, the $45 fee may be credited toward the qualifying service when specifically confirmed.
What is Remote Online Notarization?
Remote Online Notarization allows eligible clients to complete a notarial act through the secure BlueNotary platform without meeting in person. Not every document is eligible; a $25 booking fee applies.
Can I pay online?
Yes. Secure electronic payment is available for fixed-price services. Services requiring individualized pricing are reviewed and quoted before payment is requested.
What is your cancellation policy?
Contact By Mike LLC as quickly as possible. Once work has begun, all or part of the service fee may become nonrefundable. Third-party expenses already incurred are nonrefundable. See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy.
